In the decade since, I’ve tried individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, inpatient therapy, SSRIs, benzodiazepines, aromatherapy, prayer, witchcraft, getting a dog, getting a bigger dog horse, swimming, running, rock climbing, yoga, meditation, and denial.
